Orders for jewelry in stock are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery of ordered jewelry, which is not in our stock at the time of the order, will take 7-21 working days.
Payment for products ordered on the Site can be made in advance - by bank transfer or online by bank card, except for products that are not in stock and are made to order, for which a minimum advance of 30% of the product value is charged, cash or card payment directly in the store or bank transfer or online bank card payment, so that the order is considered firm.
Jewelry delivery is from Monday to Friday between 11.00-19.00 . The delivery of KaraDiamond jewelry is free of charge throughout Romania and is made through the fast courier company (Fan Courier), without additional costs or charges.
Cancellation of purchase within 14 days can be applied only for products delivered by courier. The returned product must be accompanied by the warranty certificate and the related jewelry box, in the same condition in which it was delivered (unused, without dents, physical alterations, scratches, deformation, etc.), otherwise it will no longer benefit from the right of return. If products arrive without the guarantee certificate, they are not accepted and are returned to the customer.
