J40/2534/2011, CIF RO28384491, for which data confidentiality is an essential component. Our data protection policy and practices are focused on the proper and lawful processing, exchange and storage of personal information and at the same time on ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability.

This privacy statement applies to the main operating entity of S.C. DESIGNER GALLERY SRL and its subsidiaries.

S.C. DESIGNER GALLERY processes and stores personal data in the E.U. and is able to demonstrate at all times compliance with the laws of the European Union and the principles set out in this document.

This privacy statement is the complete privacy policy applicable to the online activities of SC DESIGNER GALLERY SRL. This statement explains the types of information we collect from customers and how we use that information.

Collection of personal data

The data that we collect includes the following (we list here all the data requested from the customer, more specifically it is the data that the customer fills in the various forms on the website, such as contact form, order form, user account creation, newsletter subscription, online appointment, etc.):

Also, S.C. DESIGNER GALLERY SRL may provide the buyer's personal data to other companies with which it is in partnership relations, but only for the purposes mentioned above, as follows for example, to courier companies, accounting firm, the company in charge of website administration, as well as to the company's legal employees.

The buyer's personal information may also be provided to the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other authorized state bodies, on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and following specific requests.

Processing security

We will process data securely, apply and maintain appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where processing involves transmission of data over a network as well as against any other unlawful forms of processing. Customers have the right to request at any time access to rectify, delete or restrict the processing of data collected by us. Marketing e-mails

S.C. DESIGNER GALLERY SRL has the right to send marketing e-mails to customers with their consent. This specific form of consent must be freely given, specifically informed and precise. These requests are fulfilled when customers have opted-in to receive marketing emails (have actively consented).

Customers will always have the right to object, on request and free of charge, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, without having to provide concrete justifications. Once the customer has objected, that customer's personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.

Complaints

Customers have the right to complain about the processing of their personal data. All inquiries and complaints will be handled by us in a timely manner and in accordance with our internal procedures.
