B. Obligation to provide correct information

For browsing the site as a simple visitor is not required to provide any personal information. In order to use the shop for the purpose of purchasing products, it is obligatory to provide correct and complete information, which allows the order to be processed. In the event that we consider that this obligation is not respected by a user, we reserve the right to block access to the use of the site's services, for a determined or indefinite period and without prior notice.

C. KaraDiamond Membership.

KaraDiamond Membership is obtained by creating a personal account, which can be accessed by logging in with a username (e-mail address) and password. The confidentiality of the password is the responsibility of each individual user. Membership allows each user to order on the site and benefit from discounts and special offers. By creating a personal account, which can be accessed with a user name (e-mail address) and a password obtained with the KaraDiamond membership, the customer agrees to receive informative e-mails (newsletters). These mainly refer to new product offers, possible price changes of products, contests, promotions or other additional information that come to help the customer.

KaraDiamond.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of products for the following categories of customers and / or visitors:

• customers who have ordered products, have confirmed delivery but have unjustifiably refused to receive the products;
• customers who, by their actions, damage the image or morals of the www.karadiamond.com store;
• customers and/or visitors who use trivial words, use inappropriate language, use insults against the KaraDiamond team and the website www.karadiamond.com ;

KaraDiamond assumes no responsibility for inaccuracy of product price data, and the price of each product will be confirmed to the customer by a KaraDiamond operator at the time of order confirmation, before actual delivery of the products.

The stock of the products displayed on the website www.karadiamond.ro is not updated in real time, it will be confirmed to the customer by a KaraDiamond operator, after the order is placed. It is possible that some products ordered may not be in stock. If the customer has ordered and paid in advance, by card, a product that is not in stock and cannot be delivered, the customer will be refunded in full the amount paid.

KaraDiamond is committed to deliver the products of an online order only after prior confirmation made by phone by the KaraDiamond operator, who will inform the customer of the stock and the final price of the products and, implicitly, the total amount of the order. Only after the telephone confirmation of the order, KaraDiamond's obligation to deliver the ordered products and the customer's obligation to pay for them are taken into account.

In support of the correct information of the customers/visitors, www.karadiamond.com may contain links (references) to other sites whose functionality and validity we cannot verify continuously and for which KaraDiamond assumes no responsibility.

The acceptance of the terms and conditions provided in the section "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" when purchasing a product from the website www.karadiamond.com implies the explicit agreement of the buyer to these provisions and consents that he/she has taken this decision after reading these provisions completely.
